At launch, the buy/sell tax started high at 99% and automatically dropped by 1% every 5 blocks (roughly every minute) until it reached 10%, where it now stays permanently. This gradual ramp-down was designed to keep bots and snipers out, giving real holders a fair start and letting the Flow begin smoothly and securely.
